We have launched a new leadership program addressing today’s leadership and organizational issues and challenges. We just completed the first leadership bootcamp at the FlightSafety DFW Learning Center!

Leadership Elements for aviation professionals is designed to help tomorrow’s leaders. The advent of technology, fast moving priorities and expectations, with added complexities of multiple generations at work can create many challenges. However, with proper leadership skills, these challenges could become opportunities.
This three-day course challenges the participants to stretch their leadership abilities and skills through several lenses of leadership and team building
This course covers all aspects of the L5 Professional Development Program (PDP) Certification course plus more. Earn 3 credits towards CAM initial certification or 2 credit towards renewal. As an added benefit to this 3 day bootcamp is you can receive CAM credit.
