Christine Hill
Executive Vice President and Co-Founder

Christine Hill is the Executive Vice President & Co-Founder of ServiceElements™. She helped build the company into what it is today through the various phases of entrepreneurial growth. These include much of the back office responsibilities, curriculum development, development of service standards, leadership coaching and facilitation of workshops in the U.S. and abroad. She also trains facilitators and all the related responsibilities of running a service business.

Prior to co-founding ServiceElements™, Christine taught and developed numerous children and adult education programs throughout the country over the past 25 years, including a pediatric music therapy program that she authored and implemented. She is bi-lingual and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Psychology/Human Relations from Northern Arizona University.

She is passionate about service and works with women in the MENA Region through her women’s empowerment programs. Christine is also very active with several non-profit organizations in her community and abroad promoting the idea of service at all levels.
