Lisa Archambeau is President and Facilitator of ServiceElements International, Inc. and is a member of the NBAA Business Aviation Management Committee (BAMC), co-chairing the 2026 & 2027 Leadership Conferences.

Lisa’s multidimensional career history in the business aviation industry spans over thirty years, and includes such experience as Apprentice Aviation Mechanic, Scheduler for FlightSafety International, where she later became Program Manager and Facilitator of Service Excellence Training, Director of Outside Sales for FirstFlight Aircraft Management and Charter, and Business Development Manager and New Hire Sales Trainer for Universal Weather & Aviation from 2010-2020.

As President of ServiceElements, Lisa conducts in-person and online workshops, is a frequent and engaging speaker at conferences and industry events, and is responsible for marketing and business development, strategic planning, and client relations.

In 2020 she spearheaded the company’s initiative to create and provide online live and pre-recorded talent development programs, leading to the co-creation of the NBAA Business Aviation Customer Service Certificate program released in 2025.

Recognized by the NBAA as a Certfied Aviation Manager (CAM), Lisa is one of the business aviation Subject Matter Expert contributors to The Business Aviation Book, Leading Operational Excellence, (Chris Broyhill Books, LLC), 2025, authoring chapter 14 – Change Management.

Lisa is a Certified Flight Instructor who has put her passion for educating, coaching, and creating adult experiential learning programs to effective use at ServiceElements for nine (non-consecutive) years.
