Cheri Kirkpatrick’s role at ServiceElements as Facilitator & Strategist highlights her unique background in training, marketing and sales while always focusing on the customer experience. Her background in aviation enables her to understand and relay the importance of developing key relationships with every job category: decision makers, top executives, passengers and airport employees. She developed skills that encompass elements key to customer service delivery and problem resolution.
Cheri was hired by American Airlines in 1991, where she held various management positions throughout the company. These positions always provided the highest service standards for top tier customers and included: St. Louis City Sales Manager, managing and negotiating top corporate accounts; and Premium Service Manager, directing the daily operations for the St. Louis and Kansas City Admirals Clubs.
She then transitioned into the Global Sales arena as Global Account Relationship Manager, working with the largest call center agencies and handling their Fortune 500 accounts. Her job involved service training, sales & marketing and being the problem resolution advocate for both internal and external customers.
