For 25 years, Tim has been in the Aviation and Transportation industry creating, and facilitating training programs. Tim has been with ServiceElements for 2-years.
His main concentration is Customer Service, Personal Development, Management and Leadership training.

Kjell has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and advisor to a number of emerging and start-up ventures and has held senior executive positions with a number of public and private companies. He is an experienced instructor, teaching college and executive training courses in finance, international marketing and small business management. Kjell is a Certified Exit Planner (CExP) with extensive experience in providing exit planning and succession planning services to business owners. He is an Accredited Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business (AInstIB). Kjell has an MBA from Arizona State University, a Master of Business and Marketing from Oslo Business School and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Education. He has served on a number of corporate Board of Directors and he has completed the Global Leadership Certificate Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Kjell is a Board Member of the Tempe Chamber of Commerce and serves as a Mentor.
